Trading Terms/Postal Charges
Ordering From Timeless Gifts:

Any order form Timeless Gifts assumes acceptance of our Trading Terms outlined below.

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order. 

Stock Availability:

We aim to always have items in stock. There are occasions, however, when an item is not available in which case we will inform you as soon as possible.  If an item is unavailable (excluding T shirts) for a short period we will still send out the remainder of your order and the other item(s) will be sent on as soon as we receive them. In these cases only one delivery charge will be made. 

We try to monitor stock levels as consciously as possible, though our website is updated to some extent manually and is subject to human error.   Because we also sell through a retail outlet stock availability can fluctuate throughout the day.  

We do not have stock set aside solely for our website.  If any item is required for a special gift for a birthday or other occasion it is recommended that you double check on stock availability beforehand to avoid any disappointment.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours.   All items ordered will be packed and sent within 7 days (stock availability permitting).

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (made payable to "Moonstone Crafts"). We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Timeless Gifts, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee to cover packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Timeless Gifts for a quote.

We reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Overseas Postage including USA/Australia

Jewellery orders - £2.65
Orders up to 500g - £6.95
Orders Up to 1 kg - £14.00
Orders Up to 2 kg - £25.00

The maximum weight for international orders is 2kg

Please note, if an overseas order is placed and the postage heavily exceeds the postage set on our site, we will contact you regarding the extra postage costs.

We do not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks, delivery company error or adverse weather conditions.

All prices quoted are for standard delivery service.  If you require a signed for service or extra insurance we can give you quote upon request.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.

Prices:

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (UK Sales tax), at the current rate of 17.5%.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website, data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour the price. If you see any price you believe to be inaccurate, and then please contact us before placing your order.
