Between 1923 and 1937, Abd-ru-shin wrote 168 essays, which he assembled to form the book In The Light of Truth: The Grail Message. Since then, the Grail Message has been translated into 15 languages and is available in over 80 countries.
Among all books of spiritual content, this work occupies a truly unique place. It can be said that it gives an explanation of the World, for it offers a complete survey of everything that takes place between God and us human beings. In its logical train of thought, the Grail Message addresses the reader in simple words.
It is the author’s declared intention with his work to lead seekers again closer to life, indeed, back to God. Therefore the Grail Message always addresses itself to the individual alone – irrespective of nationality, race, or religion. For the individual alone must bear the responsibility for everything he thinks and does, just as every man “shall reap what he has sown”.
"In the Light of Truth is a classic work written some 60 years ago [that] carries the weight of a time-tested message (nearly one million copies in print world-wide.) The essential truth, the desire to challenge us, to confront questions and answers within ourselves, shines through. The serious seeker, the reader who is willing to make the effort this book requires, will find inspiration, guidance, encouragement, and truth."
