Old Tupton Strawberry Honey pot

A beautiful honey pot from Old Tupton designed by ex Moorcroft designer Jeanne McDougall. Jeanne McDougall's designs have commanded high prices, and her creations are highly sought-after all around the world.

This delightful item item is both decorative and functional. It can be used to hold honey, jam, preserves etc. The honey pot has a groove in the side in which allows the matching spoon to be placed inside the pot with the top closed.

Tube lined pottery was made by the Chinese thousands of years ago. Old Tupton ware is made in the same way with each piece being hand painted and fired three times to give it its unique finish.

Dimensions 10 cm high x 8 cm wide Weight: 330 grammes.
